Besides, as a practicing Fellow Chartered Accountant, he is actively involved in rendering Audit & Assurance and Tax and Legal Consulting services.
Subhash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (Manufacturing Engineering) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. As Senior Manager (Projects), he brings with himself close to 10 years of extensive experience in handling several greenfield and brownfield projects, preparation of Project Feasibility Reports (PFRs), and liaisioning with Banks/FIs during the course of projects’ lifecycles. During his stint with BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt. Ltd. initially into his career, he has also had exposure in structured finance and dealing with innovative financial products.
Shikha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Hons.) and is currently pursuing Chartered Acc
ountancy (CA Final). She brings with herself around 5 years of post-articleship experience, especially with regard to Taxation, Auditing, and Accounting. She is currently entrusted with the preparation of Project Feasibility Reports (PFRs) and making various other compliances like preparation of Financial Follow-up Reports (FFRs), Stock Statements, etc.
